$26,993,000 in the prior year third quarter. Net income from continuing
operations in the third quarter of 2008 was $2,399,000, or $0. 10 per
diluted share, compared to $1,957,000, or $0. 08 per diluted share, in
the prior year third quarter, an increase of 23%. Same-facility net
